Default Import Tables from Access - 05-17-2007 , 08:25 AM

Hello,

I'm fairly new to SQL Server. I have a database already in MS Access, and
want to import the structure (just the tables, not the data) into SQL
Express (there are no stored queries, macros, etc... to worry about). What's
the easiest way to do this?

Thanks
Phil.

I've found the Upsizing Wizard in Access, which sounds like it might do the
job, but it will not connect. I have tried connecting to a database that I
created using VB2005, and have also tried to get it to create a new
database. I'm not sure whether I should be using a Trusted Connection or
enter a login name and password (neither seems to work). I get an error
message saying "SQL server does not exist or access denied.". I have SQL
Server 2005 Express and Access 2003 both installed on my own machine. I'm
not trying to connect to another server over the LAN.
Any suggestions?

Thanks
Phil.
