Does anybody know something concerning about wordbreaker for Czech language?

There exists one wordbreaker and stemmer for Czech produced by Slovak
firm Forma Ltd. It can be free downloaded from Microsoft's site, see

This stemmer is not supported and developing is discontinued. This
product doesn't work on 64-bit Windows. There probably is stemmer for
64-bit operating systems and it is part of SharePoint Server (not
Services), but I don't have any experience with it.
