Hi experts

Hard time always arise when deploying SSIS package at Vmware.

At Vmware, the connection string configuration is not able to read from the
designated location .dtsConfig file eventhough add at Configuration page
before executing.

At non Vmware, the same package and same steps taken, the package works
perfectly.

Where is the gap? How to deal with it?
SSIS experts, please render your advice on this.
