Hello All

A college at work is attempting to create a new DTS package though
Enterprise manager on SQL Server 2000 SP4. However when he tries to create,
edit or open he get the same error window showing (Unknown if delete shows
the same error).

The Error Window is:

Title: DTS Designer Error
10 x Square boxes
OK Button

He has reinstalled SQL Server many times, with all different Service packs.

Has anyone come across this problem and maybe have some kind of solution. He
has removed SQL Server, used the Microsoft registry cleaner, etc.

The machine he is using it on is Windows XP Service Pack 2. All up to date.
