Here's the situation:

If I open Enterprise Manager and connect to the SQL Server I can
created a new DTS package and save it. Within the interface I can
create connections to the an Oracle database or a SQL server database
no problem.

However, when I right click on the database connection the Data
transformation task line is greyed out. If I open an already created
DTS package and try to edit the transforms it gives me an "Access is
denied" error.

Any ideas?
