we have a lot of DTS Packages in SQL Server 7.0. We are moving all databases
to a new server in 2000. What is the best way to Script and save these
packages with out us going to create form scratch. any Ideas will be greatly
appreciated.

Thank you all in advance,

Transferring DTS Packages
(http://www.sqldts.com/default.aspx?204)

You may still need to manually edit packages if external resources change,
such as file paths, server names for example. A quick win for the server
name may be to add a new alias on the new machine which matches the name of
the old.

There's a utility (DTSBackup2000) you can download from
http://www.sqldts.com which is rather nifty..
I found the site..good luck.
