Default troubles executing a SSIS package: DTS_E_CANNOTACQUIRECONNECTIONFROMCONNECTIONMANAGER - 05-15-2008 , 08:51 AM

Hi,

I execute a SSIS package on a SQL Server Standard 2005 (64 bits)
machine. Most of the time, it succeeds without any problem. But
sometimes, I get the following errors:

05/05/2008 14:34:02,Daily-BB-FTP,Unknown,5,BRABO,Daily-BB-
FTP,CourseCat,,Executed as user: ADMIN\Brabo.BB-SSIS.svc. Microsoft
(R) SQL Server Execute Package Utility Version 9.00.3042.00 for 64-
bit Copyright (C) Microsoft Corp 1984-2005. All rights reserved.

OLE DB error has occurred. Error code: 0x80004005. An OLE DB record
is available. Source: "Microsoft OLE DB Provider for SQL Server"
Hresult: 0x80004005 Description: "Timeout expired". End Error
Error: 2008-05-05 14:34:24.01 Code: 0xC020801C Source:
Aanmaken txt-file OLE DB Source [1] Description: SSIS Error Code
DTS_E_CANNOTACQUIRECONNECTIONFROMCONNECTIONMANAGER . The
AcquireConnection method call to the connection manager "Blackboard"
failed with error code 0xC0202009. There may be error messages posted
before this with more information on why the AcquireConnection method
call failed. End Error Error: 2008-05-05 1,00:00:22,0,0,,,,2

As far I understand the error, there's some problem with the step
'Aanmaken txt-file' (Create txt file) in the SSIS package:
"DTS_E_CANNOTACQUIRECONNECTIONFROMCONNECTIONMANAGE R. The
AcquireConnection method call to the connection manager "Blackboard"
failed with error code 0xC0202009."
I tried different things, including running the package with the 32
bit DTExec command line tool, running it on another SQL server, ...
without any success.
Hopefully someone can help me!

Thanks,
Stijn Calders.
