Default Transform Data Task limit? - 12-23-2005 , 01:37 PM

I have a DTS package with 12 Transform Data Tasks in it (along with 2 data
sources and 3 sql tasks).

When I run the entire package one or more of the Transform Data Tasks do not
execute. I can run them manually, but that is not the point.

No error messages are generated.

Is there a limit to the number of Transform Data Tasks that one can have in
a DTS package?

TIA,

Mike

Hi,

Sometimes back i posed with same problem with 5
Transform Data Task and 5 SQL task.

Problem is with designer. Please do not copy/cut your task on designer, it will keep constraint with that copy.

Please check all precedence constraints on all task.

Or try to create your package again.

for thise tasks that do not execute?

What does the package look like?
