Transform Data Task - Destination too Slow - 09-28-2006 , 05:14 AM

I've got a table sitting on a Sybase ASE server.

I'm trying to import about 10% of it into SQL server 2000. When I click
on the Destination tab and click 'Create' it makes me wait for ages.

What am I doing wrong, and how can I speed things up?
