How can i transfer a DTS package (the job run well on
server1)from server1 to server2,
i try open 1 package from server1 and then save the
package to server2. I can run the package on CMD use
DTSRun and on SQL Enterprise Manager, but while i schedule
the package as job , the job on server2 can start but it
keep running status till manually stop it.

1. if you want to transfer many DTS packages from one
server to another you can use the DTSBackup 2000 tool. can
download from www.sqldts.com

2. modify your schedule job and go to steps click on the
step then specify the output file name. the output file
show the detail of the process. hope it will help
