I has a problem with the current database, and change the system to use a old
packup of the database, now I recovered the real database, the cuestion is ,
waht is the procces to send all the information that it was strored into the
old backup, and paste into the real database to keep only one database with
all the information?

the old backup that I used is a month ago. the information that I need copy
is just the las too days of use.
