I am starting to work with DW and SQL 2000 together with Analysis
Server and am needing to know if it is possible and as to make to track
a flow of dts to be able to identify, when to give problem, in which
stage occurred the problem.

I do not understand you completely.

You could schedule the DTS package for 5 minutes in the future, then look at
the results of the Job (EM > Management > SQL Server Agent > Jobs). There
will be a red X by the job if it failed. You can right click the job, select
"View Job History", check the Show step details box, then highlight each of
the steps in the job. Errors and messages will appear in the bottom window.
