i have about 30 tables with some of them having about 2
million records. all them them are scheduled to run at
11.00 PM night. some of the huge tables takes forever to
run.
please help

Structure of Source and Destination including triggers constraints
Recovery model of destination
Type of link between the 2 (56K modem or T1)
Contention for server during load time
Contention for Network during load time
What is gettng hit during the DTS package (Memory/Processor/both)
Locking/blocking ?
