I used the Import Wizard to Import part of a table from AdventureWorksDW sample database into my Tst Database. I define a sql query to give me the first 200 records. I parse and preview the data ok (no error there). I ask it to save the pakage and I get a prompt with encrypting sensitive data as default. I pick the default. When I finish the wizard, everything works ok until it tries to save the package. It gives me this error: Save to SQL Server failed. No description found Could you please assist me with this problem? I'm having the same issue, I first came across it trying to save maintenance plans in SQL Server 2005. I encountered it again while trying to save a SSIS package to the server. We have the 2005 Enterprise Ed release. The original SSIS package was created under the Sept. CTP with no problems. Which install of SQL and/or Studio do you have?
