Default SSIS - Import Paradox? - 05-04-2006 , 05:02 PM

In DTS, we can choose Paradox as a type of file to import. Point it to
a folder, choose the files, import directly to tables.

How do we do this in SSIS? When I try to choose Paradox, it's not an
option. When I set up a DSN and point it to the folder where my files
reside, the only option I get to import is to use a query as source.

From what I can tell, these can be imported using Paradox 5.x, so
nothing really recent.

Anyone worked with this successfully? Can you share your results if
so? Is this even possible?

I know that I've tried to upgrade my DTS packages and I end up with SQL
2000 DTS packages as part of my SSIS task. While that helps somewhat,
it doesn't solve the problem if I want to move completely to SSIS.

Thanks.
