I am able to FTP to PC based servers, but other FTP servers do not work,
giving this message:

Error at FTP Task [FTP Task]: Remote path doesn't start with "/"

The others I've tested are an IBM mainframe and VAX computers. It wil
connect OK, let me use the "Browse for File" dialogue, let me see and pick
the file I want, and then load the filename into the RemotePath. It is right
that the remote path doesn't start with "/". It shouldn't. That would be
invalid! So why can't it use the path and filename it just let me pick?
