Default SQL server in windows workgroup enviroment - 12-23-2003 , 02:03 PM

We are in a windows workgroup environment. No active
directory. Therefore no domains. (netware network)

I tried to use SQL server Copy database wizard to copy a
database to a developer sql server, it failed and
I checked the log find two error:
1. transfer login SQLserverPC\Administrator failed
2. failed to create a share OMWWIZD

It works OK if I just use DTS export and import to
transfer tables and other objects, but not databases.
Do I have to be in domain environment in order to
transfer databases? Any suggestions in workgroup
enviroment?
SQL server agent seems also only works in windows domain
enviroment, Is that correct?

Thanks

Thanks, I did see this article.
That seems to mean I have to use a domain account to copy
files. But we don't have a domain account because we are
in a windows workgroup enviroment. We use netware for
network.

So what should I do in a workgroup environment to copy
databases?
Why there is no such error when I just copy tables
through the network?

Thank you.
