Here's a weird one, but I'd be more than grateful if anyone could help. I've been given the task of recreating a DTS, the only problem is when I try to view the contents of the DTS, I see nothing. When I try to create a new DTS, I get an empty window with no icons on the left (when using SQL Server 7.0, which is what is installed on the server). A colleague suggested that it may be due to the fact that certain SQL Server 7.0 dlls were overwritten with SQL Server 2000 dlls (which would explain why the same DTS packages can be viewed using SQL Server 2000 on another machine) My question is this, if there are certain dlls that are required in SQL Server 7.0 to edit/view DTS packages, what are they? Thanks |
