I want to transfer data from sql server 6.5 to sql server 2000.
can DTS help me ?
Or any other suggest ?

Yep you can use DTS to move data between 6.5 and 2000.

Create a DSN to your 6.5 SQL Server.
Add to your DTS Designer an "Other Connection" and supply the details of the
DSN and Username and Password.
