Sql Server 2005 Import Wizard (Integration Services) Hangs on Import - 05-04-2006 , 12:25 PM

I'm trying to copy one table (233,883 records) from a 2000 box to a
2005 box. The wizard will go through and copy all the records across,
but will hang on the last record and not proceed to the next step. What

gives?
