SQL Server 2000: Error Number 1 - 05-03-2006 , 01:13 PM

What does this error really mean in SQL Server 2000?
"Version date of last upgrade: 10/11/90."

It is error #1 and is documented in Books Online & I've seen it
occassionally while running some DTS packages.
