Default SQL 2005\2000 and DTS - 05-11-2006 , 11:04 AM

I have a desktop that runs both SQL 2000 and SQL 2005 Enterprise Manager
tools. When the programmer attempts to look into a mail step, he gets the
error:
"Cannot load MAPI interface layer from DTS. Please make sure that
semmap90.dll is installed". I instructed him to rename the semmap.dll to
semmap90.dll but then he has other issues so he renamed it back. I then
instructed him to download the "Microsoft SQL Server 2005 Backwards
Compatibility Components" from
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/d...DisplayLang=en.
The programmer tried the 64bit link and got an error "The installation
package is not supported by this processor type". I instructed him to use
the x86 link instead. He now getting an error "A network error occurred
while attempting to read from the file C:\Documents and Settings\userID\Local
Settings\Temporary Internet Files\Content.IE5\QAPAVXEP\SQLServer2005_BC.msi"

Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!
