Besides writing custom tasks which use SMTP Server to send ongoing emails
,Is there a simpler and faster way to send an email through SMTP Server for
example by creating an object or somthing in my ActiveX Script?

I'm currently using xp_smtp_sendmail, but wasn't aware of the DTS SMTP
Task Beta before. It looks very useful, but I just wanted to clarify a
limitation which was listed: "the Beta will expire June 1st, 2005". Will
there be a newer beta after that, or is it slated for a commercial
release?
