My individual steps all work fine. If you click on each step with the mouse
the whole DTS package will run fine. If you execute the DTS package, it will
run with all success messages, however some blocks of code wont run, you'll
have to click on them to execute even though messages say they executed.

If the package is executed as a whole do the "Non Executed" parts have a
black background white cross on the run status dialog? This would
indicate they were not run.

Also.

When you run the package as a whole is this interactively or is it
Scheduled?

Do these tasks have anything following them in workflow?
What happens to them?
