Default SINGLE DTS IMPORT??? - 06-21-2004 , 06:17 AM






I have a .DTS extension file from different server in my C drive how do I
import it to view the contents int he current server.

In Enterprise Manager

--2000
Right Click on the Data Transformation Services Folder | Open Package

--7
Right Click on the Data Transformation Services Folder | All Tasks | Open
Package

From in Enterprise Manager, right click on the Data
Transformation Services node and select Open Package. You
can then select the package from the Select File window.
After opening the package you can save it to the server by
going to the menu in the package designer window and select
Save As and for location, select SQL Server.
