Default setting path for "text file (source)" - 05-25-2005 , 01:02 AM

I'm running EM on my local box and sql server on a remote interne
accessed box.

How do I specify a file path for a DTS package to access files on th
remote box

For example, to run a local dts package the path i
c:\filepath\file.txt

How would I change the file name to allow the remote dts package t
access files on the remote machine

Would a UNC path work for you?

\\ServerName\ShareName\FileName
