Hi all gurus If I create a package and schedule it for jobs and then if i delete the package and create a new package with same name. Then my job for old package will run on new package with name of old deleted package? will it make any problem? Thanks AM |

No it will not run the new package If you look in the step of the job you will see a DTS run command something like DTSRun /~Z0xB7A73C.......... if you delete and create a new package this number after DTSRun will change try scheduling the new package and you will see the number has changed "AM" <anonymous (AT) developersdex (DOT) com> wrote in message news:O00pwdQRFHA.3144 (AT) tk2msftngp13 (DOT) phx.gbl...
