Schedule error - DTS package

Hi

I have DTS package that is work fine when I run the DTS
package manually (right click then Execute Package).

If I schedule the package it givs me this error message:
"The Procedur entry point.
?SQLUIUpdateRegistryFromResource@@YAJHPAUHINSTANCE _
@@IKPAPBG1@Z could not be located in the dynamic link
library SQLRESD.dll"

The server has two SQL instances.

What could be causing this?

Try running the package from Enterprise Manager while logged into the
server itself. If that works, try running it using DTSRUN and see if that
generates the same error.

I have tried that to but get the same error.
