How can I run a DTS package from a network client computer? When
running, will the error messages show as it does when running in the SQL
server enterprise manager?

When you run a package, it comes to you. It may as well be on your box.
How are you calling the package? You will still get all messages reagrdless
of execution method but the means to extract them will be different.
