Can anyone tell me the recommended way to run a DTS job from a web
application ? What would be the minimum priviledges that I'd have to
give a user to run the package ? Could I just give a
windows-authenticated user access over a stored procedure that can run
a DTS package ?

I'd like to use ASP.Net but other people are suggesting weblogic.

Any help here would be most appreciated,
