Neile,

On the Registered Servers explorer in SMS, notice the 5 icons directly
below words Registered Servers. Click on the right icon which should pop
up an Integration Services tool tip.

Add you IS servers if there is nothing there.

Right click on the server and click on Connect->Object Explorer.

The server will show up in the object explorer identified as Integration
Services.

Expand and you will see the folders that you are looking for.
