Use Microsoft BizTalk to talk to SAP with DTS.

No other better solution than that.

what do you want to do?
Getting data out of SAP?

2 Solutions:

First:
Get the SAP DCOM Connector from SAP, compile a com-dll from your RFC-BAPIs
und use this com-dll in ActiveX-Task

Second:
Get the 4BAPI-Reader from www.software4you.com
After installing, you got a new DTS-Task in the DTS-Designer.
With this task you can import data from SAP-RFC-BAPIS or from SAP-Tables
