Hi Peter,

Thank you for your reply.
Actually we fixed the issue. I think the issue is damin/user related.
We have to retype the damin/user password to restart the SQL Server. The
issue was fixed after the server/agent started.

It seems like if you changed damin/user password which runs SQL/Agent, and
restart SQL server, it will start succesfully, but you have to type the new
password to start agent. If you are here, then you may face the issue which I
posted.

If you restart the server, it will force you to retype password. after you
give the correct password, the server will start, and the issue was fixed.

To be honest, I don't understand either, but it does fix the issue I have.
Please do a test on your own and let us know the result if you are interested.
