Hello all, I have a workflow problem. When customer service receives a request, they send out an email saying you will receive your missing parts and you'll receive it by whenever. Then she prints out that email with all the contact info and someone else has to enter it in JDE so that it can actually get shipped. Two processes when it should be one, would anyone know how to merge this step? Obviously a database is needed, perhaps XML can play a part, but what are your opinions on this and how would I merge the two? Also, if I wanted data reporting, marketing analytics on say what is asked when on customer serview viewpoint, should this be done against JDE or analysis services? Thanks |
