I want to Connect remote MsAccess(not local
MSACCESS) to SQL SERVER.

I am Using DTS Package.

It will execute from ASP.NET

So long as you can see the MSACCESS database it doesn't particularly matter
where it is. Use UNC naming convention to identify it.
