I would simply reinstall I.E to begin with.

: Thanks for the response! This was a new install of both Windows 2000
: and SQL Server with all of the service packs for each. I built the
: first database, imported data and started to enter additional info for
: the DB's metadata when the problem surfaced. I don't have a good
: install to compare it with. I also don't know if it's something the
: SP's caused or if it's something in SQL Server. I am about ready to
: remove SQL Server, Internet Explorer and start over.
