That error was seen a good few revisions ago and I hope you are not seeing
it again

When ever I open a DTS Package from my client I get an error message.
Title: DTS Designer Error Message: The system cannot find the file
specified.

When I click OK I have no Tasks. I found a work around, but this does
not give me all my tasks. The work around is right clicking on Data
Transformation Services select properties check "Turn on cache" and
"Show multi-phase pump in DTS designer".

Today I noticed I can not manually create new Transforms. I can let
SQL create them automatically, but if I want to create a new one I get
the same error message as stated above. When I click OK the "Create
New Transformation" window is empty.

Thanks for any help.
