I should add that the user is not in a domain other than their own system.
In other words, their domain matches their user id as in \\userid\userid.
The authentication takes place in a peer-to-peer setup whereby a like-named
user account with matching password is set up on the server, as well, so
that this user can connect.

When a client is connected to a remote SQL Server (Personal Edition on
workstation, Professional Edition on server), if they create a new table
on
the server database using Enterprise Manager, the owner is dbo. If they
create a table on the on the server dynamically in the Destination tab of
a
transformation task in DTS, the owner is the domain account that they are
connected as. Why is that so? Both tables were created during the same
session. Thanks. Chuck
