Mark,

SQL-NS is provided to execute dialogs one would see in EM. The best you
could do is to open a structured storage file in design mode. Use DTSRUN.exe
to execute a package from command line.

Is it a correct assumption to say that only packages stored to SQL Server
or Meta Data Services can be executed using SQL-NS ?

If not, how would the execution of a execution package stored in
structured storage using SQL-NS be accomplished ?

Thanks,

Mark
