Anyone know what could possibly cause this error:
The return value was unknown. The process exit code was -1073741701. The
step failed.
The error is coming from an agent job running a SSIS package. It runs using
a proxy account on a 64-bit SQL 2005 (9.0.3042) server. The proxy account
has access to the network UNC folder; the package was developed with
donotsavesensitive and the connection information is stored in a config file.

Thanks for the link; I found that link earlier when I was scouring the
internet trying to find anyone else with the same code in SSIS. Enabling
logging does not work; SQL Profiler does not reveal any information. The
error code is not listed in the link so it may be some other part of SQL
Server that's causing the error.
