Problem scheduling DTS Package - 10-19-2006 , 12:25 AM

Whenever I am trying to execute my DTS Package it displays the following
error message in Job History.

The 'SQLAgentCmdExec' proxy account does not exist or has an incorrect
password. The step failed.

I am unable to find the solution for the same.
