I'm getting "The Data Pump Task requires Transformations to be specified"
error.

The package has everything specified correctly. The package was created on
our dev server and then copied to our test server (to which I have NO update
access).
I was able to go into the package on the test server and test each data
transformation and they all worked. However, when our network guys run the
package, it fails.
The transform step copies from a text file to a database table which is
created in an earlier DTS step.
Any ideas? I've read every forum post I could find (here and elsewhere). All
I could find is vague references to problems when a package is created on one
server and run on another.
