Larger data?

Is that larger in count of rows or larger in attribute size?

Error messages?

I am running XP SP2 so if you can give me a structure with which to work I may
be able to reproduce.

Index out of bounds sounds as though something changed.

Have you tried redefining the DatPump again from scratch on the SP2 box?

If you want you can throw me the table def + file (zipped) and i can have a
look.
