Package to backup table

Hi I would like to export sql server tables in text files.
I have a metadata table "tables" with the tables name that I want to export.
i would appreciate some idea how can i do that.
The main porpouse .. when I have more tables I just want to enhance the
"tables" table indormation...
I am going to appracite any help and idea
