Default OLAP Cube processing with DTS OLAP task hangs - 11-14-2005 , 06:09 AM





I am running SQL 2K SP3 and when I process the cube from analysis
manager it takes less than 1 minute and when I run the same from DTS
with the OLAP task the job runs forever.

I am not sure despite have read so many postings I do not know what
happens that the process gets hung when run from DTS. Please help.
