Hello, I am also getting this problem. In an attempt to fix it, I upgraded to SQL Server SP4. This has not helped. I have noticed that it only happens when importing large flat files (eg, 10,000 lines). The smaller files we import (eg, 300 lines) always work first time. Re-attempting to import these files does seem to eventually work, but surely, if the files are in a valid, consistant format (which I know they are), there should be no reason for this error? Please help!!! -- welcome to the mooon !
