Default Moving data from Access to SQL Server - 05-04-2004 , 09:06 PM

I am trying to move data from my ACCESS database to my SQL SERVER that is hosted somewhere on a server using Visual Basic. Should I use DAO ADO ADODB for the fastest upload? And wil lthe standard recordset update method work?
