OK I dont think I asked the right question.

I am trying to bulk export data from SQL using T-SQL. Any ideas? The
export needs to happen in a stored procedure that gets called at the
beginning of the invoice run.

you should look up bcp and xp_cmdshell

this was going to text file right?
