Meta Data Service in DTS - 08-25-2006 , 01:01 PM

Hello; When I'm in Data Transformation Service in EM, when I click on Meta
Data, I get this message:

An error occurred while trying to access the database information.
The msdb database could not be opened.

I don't know how to fix this. Can someone help?
