The memory could not be "written" -

We are running dts packages using dtsrun through a bat file and one of the
packages that had been running fine all of a sudden when it gets done, it
writes the log files like it is complete but then it gives an error message
that says
The instruction at "0x00f4892b" referenced memory at "0x3b5c92ff". The
memory could not be "written". Click OK to terminate the program. It looks
like everything completes OK. The problem is that we have the bat file
scheduled to run overnight and it doesn't give the error but it also does
not release the memory. I created two more packages Monday and one of them
does the same thing. The other is OK. We have 2 gig of ram on the system
and watching task manager it gets to about 1.2 gig when it completes so I
don't think memory is a problem. I have set the execute on Main Package
Thread checkbox (from a suggestion I found on a google search) to no avail.
Any other ideas?
Thanks
